The Slastix Pole is meant to be efficient. It can support up to eight individuals of varying experience and strength all at the same time, with no impact on the workout of anyone else using it. This is accomplished through two adjustable anchor hubs on the central pole, which have an infinite number of height combinations. There are two different states for these anchor hubs: locked in position by a peg on the pole, which keeps the anchor hub in a constant, stable position; and between pegs, for versatility with circular movement around the pole. The efficiency of the pole combines with the innumerable possibilities of the signature Slastix, which attach to the pole at the anchor positions, and have many other accessories such as the Fit Stik Pro bar or the Universal Swivel Belt. The Slastix and their various attachments enable incalculable varieties of workouts for the individual, let alone the group, and make the Slastix Pole the most efficient group workout solution.

It is designed with a removable center pole and wheeled anchor box that combines to create a fantastically portable workout station. It easily fits in the back of most vehicles and will move to wherever it is needed. When it arrives, it performs its purpose without any of the regular hitches of most portable workout solutions. The Slastix Pole has a compartment within the anchor box for weights, accessible by removing the detachable side panels. This means that, no matter how strong the force on any side, the Slastix Pole holds its ground and enhances the fight, further improving the workout. SETUP

• Mount the wheel brackets to the back and bottom of the box.
• Place the weight plates inside the box (be sure to center the plates).
• Place the pole through the top of the box and the center of the weight plates until it is tight and secure.
• Slide the anchor hubs onto the pole.
• Place the panels on the box.
